This afternoon, a few arguments are scheduled to be considered by the Presidential Election Appeal Court (PEPC).
One such motion was tabled by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which wanted to amend the orders allowing Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labor Party (LP), to inspect documents used in the Presidential elections in 2023 Motions filed March 6 by Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and the All Progressives Congress (APC), the president-elect’s party, requesting an order to verify documents used for the previous presidential election, are also scheduled to audience today.
Also listed for hearing is a motion by Obi and LP “for authorization to conduct digital forensic and physical inspection of BVAS etc.”
