The Managing Director/CEO of the Lagos Waste Management Authority, LAWMA, Mr Ibrahim Odumboni has taken the First Lady, Lagos State Government, Dr Mrs Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu on a facility tour round the medical waste facility and bins’ showroom for an “Adopt-A-Bin” project at the LAWMA’s loading station in Lagos Island.
In a press statement e-signed and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP by the Agency’s Spokesperson, Mrs Folashade Kadiri stated that, “The Managing Director/CEO, Lagos Waste Management Authority, Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni, today, showing the Lagos State First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, round the medical waste facility and the bins’ showroom, for “Adopt-A-Bin” project, at LAWMA’s Simpson Transfer Loading Station (TLS), Lagos island.”
According to Kadiri, “The bins which came in green and blue colours, are for LAWMA’s strategic recycling campaign for residents to containerize their waste.”
