Delta Police Arrest 3 Suspected Cultists, Recover Arms; CP Ali Urges Men To Shun Incivility

Delta State Command Police Commissioner CP Ari Muhammad Ali has encouraged men and officers under his jurisdiction to continue the fight against crime and crime as the efforts are showing results.

However, he urged her not to show rudeness to the public.

The National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP, is able to report that CP Ali brought these charges on the verge of arresting three suspected cultists who were on their way to attack members of another gang in Delta state a few days ago.

The press release, electronically signed by Delta Police PRO, DSP Bright Edafe, NAOSNP and posted to NAOSNP, gleaned: “At approximately 1:45 p.m Squad (QRS) attached to duty at Pessu corner in Warri, intercepted a tricycle with three occupants and a search of the occupants recovered a locally made, custom-made weapon and four live ammunition from them.

‘The three suspects, namely; Chukwuma Owoh “m” aged 26, Ediri Ogendengbe “m” aged 32 and Alfred Kess “m” aged 38 were immediately arrested by the police.

One of the suspects, Chukwuma Owoh, confessed that he had bought the weapon from a Haruna from the Hausa market Warri and that he was on his way to Pessu in search of some members of the Aiye Brotherhood cult who killed his younger sister had attacked.’

“The suspects are currently in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

CP Ari Muhammed Ali urged officers and men of command to keep the pace and also admonished them to be courteous and polite to members of the public while on duty, as rudeness to members of the public will not be tolerated under his supervision,” Edafe concluded.
