Dr Olufemi Olaleye, a 57 year old medical doctor of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation was sent back to custody by an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court today Wednesday over alleged defilement of his wife’s 15-year-old niece.
He was sent back to custody by the court after he took plea on a two count charge bordering on the defilement of child and sexual assault by penetration preferred against him by Lagos State Government.
He pleaded not guilty the charge preferred against him and was granted bail of Fifty Million Naira with two sureties in like sum.
