AIT Founder, Raymond Dokpesi is Dead

A family member confirmed to The Whistler that Dokpesi, a supporter of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has passed away.

An unnamed source from the family confirmed that Dokpesi has been taking care of his health since suffering a stroke shortly after the last month of Ramadan.

According to the family source, Dokpesi eventually started occupational therapy to improve her daily activities through gym workouts.

The source said that during one of his routine gym exercises, Dokpesi was electrocuted while using one of the gym equipment, resulting in a stroke and his eventual death. His family is expected to release a statement announcing his passing soon.

Remember, Raymond Dokpesi and his family members were in the year 2020 in the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital after being diagnosed with COVID-19.

Dokpesi founded African Independent Television (AIT) and Raypower FM and served as Deputy General Manager for Technical Affairs and Systems of the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Council.
